Patricia (Pat) Hudnall has over 30 years in delivering professional consulting services to a variety of corporate and organizational clients. Delivered solutions has included project and program management, methodology development, strategic planning, Six Sigma process engineering, governance, and risk mitigation. Past clients include Bank of America, VISA, Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, ATT, Pacific Gas & Electric, Delta Dental, Department of Defense, and Santa Clara County.
Ms. Hudnall has a BA, Industrial Management, Golden Gate University, SF, CA, Executive Leadership and Management, University of Notre Dame, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Villanova University.

Program ReviewThe review is designed for existing delivery initiatives. This programs engages the delivery team with the goal of improving delivery success. The review looks at the aspirations, delivery approach, baseline metrics, and improvement trajectories. Deliverables include a gap analysis and recommended action items designed to drive optimum improvement results.
Program Implementation Partnership
This services establishes the partnership to support each aspect of delivery program implementation. This program is structured to deliver aspiration definition and consensus, communications across the stakeholder population, tool development, baseline metrics analysis, formation of key indicators for early performance reporting, and team rollout.
Web-Enabled District FrameworkThis service results in the online web-enabled process and tool framework.
