Demo for placing
Bracket Order
In the Order Entry window select STRATEGY to place bracket orders.
Click on Bracket Order.
Select Equity from the drop down.
Select your preferred exchange from the drop down.
Type the first few characters of your desired scrip and select the same from the suggestions.
Click on Go to load the scrip details.
The scrip details have been populated. Select BUY or SELL to perform the action.
Order Type is by default Limit.
Mention the trade initiation price in the field.
Type in the desired quantity of shares you wish to trade in.
Enter the profit booking price in the field provided.
Here you have to enter the stop loss price for your trade.
Select the validity as Day from the drop down and click on BUY.
The Order Preview screen appears with the details of your order placed. Click on CONFIRM to confirm the same.
Confirmation pop up appears. Click on OK.

You can view your order details in the order book.

You can modify or cancel your order by using these icons.

When your position initiation order gets executed, the stop loss and profit booking order are placed in the exchange.

You can modify either of the orders by clicking on this icon.

Note: While exiting the position, always the stop loss order will be converted to market order and profit book order will be cancelled irrespective of whichever order you select while exiting the position.
You can exit your position by clicking on this icon.
When either the profit booking order or stop loss order gets executed, the other order gets cancelled automatically.
