• Pinpointing problems that prevent from implementing the agreements in progress, seeking concrete results
• Medium term target: Common policies of water management in Latin America and the Caribbean.

• No need of another declaration• Rather, Countries see the need of a working
strategy which will ultimately lead them altogether to a higher level of efficiency in water use and to a better position in the international scenario.
