▲A process by which a person Motivates people to accomplish a goal. Directs the organization in a way that

makes it more cohesive and coherent. Develops people to be leaders. Carries out this process by applying their

leadership attributes such as beliefs, values, ethics, knowledge, skills, and character.

10 Rules of Respect
