To set an Alert:Go to the left side menu > Select the item you want to be alerted on > Actions > Alert Me
Setting Alerts
Set the alert for the relevant managers using the Finding Users option or their email address
Set the frequency for every Friday 8:00am
Our Managers (and anyone else relevant) will receive an email with a link every Friday morning.No further action needed as this is automatic.Alerts can be added/changed/deleted at any time
