Whether you're an operator, a process engineer, a chemical engineer, maintenance technician, or the plant manager, Honeywell's Automation College facilities provide classes that will help you use that product in your job. We'll give you the specific skills you need to make the transition to your own particular work setting. Courses can take place at a training facility or at the customer site.

Our training initiatives are not restricted to clients alone. Honeywell also conducts training programs for graduating students from various engineering courses. Our initiatives help students familiarize themselves with emerging technologies and understand how they apply and become integrated into the core business, thus bridging the gap between institution and industry.

To help our customers keep track of emerging technologies, our training services assess their training needs and provide customized training solutions. Automation College courses will be offered in HACS Nigeria in the near future and a local training and staging facility will be built in Nigeria.

JETPRO is a development and mentoring program for newly graduated engineers and technicians. The program gives the new graduates supplemental classroom training in Europe and America, and exposes them to the latest technology and top experts within Honeywell. The graduates are given the opportunity to participate on projects and get experience. In 2011, three Nigerian engineers completed the program.
