Issue 11

February 2020

From the desk of Dr. A.K. Sinha

Dear Reader

The entire year reverberated with many academic and

co-curricular activities. As we move towards the new

session 2020-21 with gratification and promises afresh,

we reconnect with renewed zeal, gusto and optimism…

The tiny tots of

our school celebrated

the Yellow Day.

The motive of celebrating this day was to

make the kids aware of the colour yellow,

its significance and to develop the fine

motor skills among students.

Students were

all dressed up

in different

hues and tints

of yellow.

Fruit Platter Day was celebrated in

Pre-Primary Section to emphasise healthy

eating habits among tiny-tots. It also keeps

our meals colourful, interesting and full of

flavour.

The Pre-Primary students were

taken to the city church to

enjoy and learn the beautiful

bells, arches, main altar and the

building architecture.

Students were given

a brief on the

culture and faith of

Christianity.

The customary farewell for the outgoing batch of Class XII

was held on 31 January 2020 by the students and teachers of

Class XI. Nostalgia hung heavy in the air as the students of

Class XI gathered to bid adieu to their dear seniors.

Their speeches along with the

respective class teacher’s speeches

filled the OTS with unusual emotion and

scarcely did an eye keep dry! The

recollections of times spent with school

mates were now priceless memories.
