Scope of work

Metro Guest House is a prestigious guest house for VIP’s of Reliance ADAG, Visitors in above Senior Level, MTR & Administrative to stay with fully peace, which are consist of Fifteen Rooms Flats divided three floors, are being used for other guests of Reliance.

Services Provided by – Hermitage Guest House.

F & B SERVICE-24hrs

1) Breakfast service- Indian & continental .Timing:- 7:30AM to 09:00AM2) Lunch Service – it is provided only on Clients instructions or any VIP movements Informed

by Admin office. 3) Dinner service- It is provided by silver service at Dining Hall- 8Pm to 10Pm.4) Snacks like Tea / Coffee Sandwich, French fry, & Assorted veg. pokadas, cutlet and Chinese

food are served around the clock- 24hrs.5) In addition, we do provide the Banquet services & Conference Set ups.

HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE

1) Service provided in three different shifts – ( Morning/ Afternoon)

2) Amenities to rooms’ like- dental kit, bath soap, shower cap, Liquid of Good knight machine& Refill, Shampoo Shaving kit etc…

3) Laundry Facility is also provided with timing 7am to 8pm. ( But only For ironing & washing only)

4) Deep Cleaning generally done on Holidays or Week End.

F & B PRODUCTION- Kitchen Services

1) Service provided 24hrs in three different shifts – (Morning / Afternoon/ Night)

2) Indian, Chinese & Continental Cuisine are prepared in Hermitage Kitchen.

3) Buffet Menus & Ala Carte Menu for VIPS, on special instructions by Admin. HOD of Reliance ADAG.

4) Rates are set by Commercial Dept. of Reliance with vendor directly on their mutual Consent. We have to follow same rate list. Chef has to prepare the menu accordingly

5) Deep Cleaning Schedule is on week end or holiday & convenient time.

6) Kitchen Stewarding is done by a machinery power, manual by educate KS.

FRONT DESK SERVICE

This is reception service, which is provided by with pleasant smile & with well groomed personality. They do take Check in/ Checkout. (Timing 24hrs in three different shifts that is Morning and Afternoon.)

BriefingBriefing will done two tines foe each and every day.( morning 7:00 and after noon 1:30, second shift). All the staff is reported at the morning and take their briefing from unit manager. For special Manu all the stewards’ are brief bi unit manager or Chef (for special Manu). Unit manager checks grooming properly and give briefing.
