Assessment of Competencies
Competence is a cluster of related abilities, commitments, knowledge, and skills

Assessment of competences provides an accurate and objective approach to
predict the performance and the success of the personnel.
Depending on the nature and complexity of a particular position we create
competence model that encompasses a group of competences (usually 7-9
