Light amber coloured fluid. Recommended for heavy duty deep drawing applications using EDD, IF steel. Also suitable for S.S., Nickel, Alloy Steels as well as non ferrous metals. Suitable for severe operations including cold pilgering. Recommend use of ECOKLEEN alkaline cleaner.

Easily pumped and can be applied by brush, roller or spray system. May be applied through central lubricator or drip feed. Easily washed off using aqueous cleaners and is easily removed after storage of finished parts. E-coat compatible and can be used with confidence where parts must be electrocoated. Non-staining-can be used on most ferrous materials.

It is recommended for use in light to heavy metal forming operations where water-washable products are required and also for all sheet metal drawing operations including deep drawing of cold rolled and coated sheet strip.It is compatible with Electrocoat Paint Systems and phosphating systems. It can be used either in neat form or diluted with water for less arduous operations to adjust viscosity to desired level. It is specially recommended for applications like fuel tank forming using Zn-Ni coated steel or stainless steel. Drawing applications presently using polythene sheets dipped in soluble cutting oil, use of SmoothForm Aqua 2800 will avoid the usage of polythene sheets.
