NAONAO, married to JAYZEL M. NAONAO of legal age, Filipino, with address at Flat 702 Afra Bldg. Al Rigga Deira Dubai, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER; -and- LARRY S. SALANGAD, married to WENDELIN NAONAO-SALANGAD, Filipino citizen and resident of Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER; -WITNESSETH: That – WHEREAS, the SELLER is the Absolute and Registered Owner of a parcel of land situated at Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City, identified as Lot 6, Block 10, PSD-10-015316, being portion of Lot 2291-D, PSD-10-015287, with an area of 84 sq.m. more or less covered by TCT No. 137-2012008361 more particularly identified as follows: TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 137-2012008361 A PARCEL OF LAND (LOT 6, BLOCK 10, PSD-10-015316, BEING A PORTION 2291- D, PSD-10-015287), SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF GUSA, CITY OF CAGAYAN DE ORO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, BOUNDED ON THE SE., ALONG LINE 2-3 BY THE LOT 9; ON THE SW., ALONG LINE 3-4 BY LOT 4; ON THE NW., ALONG LINE 4-1 BY LOT 5; ON THE NE., ALONG LINE 1-2 BY LOT 8, ALL OF BLOCK 10 OF THE SUBDIVISION PLAN PSD-10- 015316 BEGINNING AT THE POINT MARKED “1” ON THE PLAN BEING S. 14 DEG. 13’E., 198.10M FROM BBM NO. 6 CAD-237, CAGAYAN CADASTRE. WHEREAS, the SELLER is interested to sell, and the BUYER is willing to buy the above-described parcel of land, including improvements thereon; NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of pesos EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND ONLY (800,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the SELLER to his entire satisfaction, the SELLER does hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the BUYER, their heirs and assigns, the foregoing parcel of land free from all liens and encumbrances.
