THE IOWA DISTRICT COURT FOR SAC COUNTY

In re the Marriage of HEATHER R. SCHWARTE and ALEXANDER W. LARSSON

The Court is presented with a Stipulation of Agreement executed by both parties. The

Court being fully advised in the premises makes the following findings of fact:

FINDINGS OF FACT

1. The Respondent, Alexander W. Larsson, accepted service of the Petition for

Dissolution of Marriage, which waived any and all objections to jurisdiction in this matter. This

Court accordingly finds it has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter hereof.

2. From the evidence presented to this Court, the undersigned finds that there has

been a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the legitimate objects of

matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that this marriage

can be preserved and a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage should be granted to the parties.

3. The Court finds that the Stipulation of Agreement is fair and equitable. The

Stipulation of Agreement entered into by these parties is hereby approved by this Court.

4. The Petitioner, Heather R. Schwarte, has been a resident of Sac County, Iowa for

more than one year last past.

5. The parties have jointly waived conciliation, and it is found that conciliation

procedures would be fruitless.

6. The ninety-day waiting period under Iowa Code section 598.19 is waived for the

reasons set forth in the Stipulation of Agreement.

7. The Court approves the parties requested waiver of the financial affidavit filing

requirement pursuant to Iowa Code section 598.13.

ORDER, JUDGMENT, AND DECREE

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the marriage of the Petitioner and the Respondent

is hereby dissolved.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the terms and provisions contained in the Stipulation

of Agreement signed by the parties are hereby incorporated by reference in this decree as though

fully set forth herein, and the Clerk of this Court is directed to record the Stipulation of

Agreement as part of this Decree.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any further conciliation procedures between the

parties are hereby waived, as is the ninety-day waiting period and the filing of financial

affidavits.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioner should pay the costs of this action.
