New Jersey 08089, 54.6 km (33 .9 miles) in the County of Camden at an azimuth angle ofN 139.8° E

to the licensed community, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Predicted Coverage

Table I provides the distances to the predicted 28 dBu F(50,90) coverage contour along each

azimuth angle, the average elevation 3.2 to 16.1 km, and the antenna heights above average terrain

and the ERP of 10 kW non-directional at every 10 degrees in azimuth angles beginning with True

North.

The average elevation data for 3.2 to 16.1 km along each radial are based upon NGDC

3-second terrain data. The F(50,90) DTV coverage contour has been computed from reference to

the propagation data for Channels 2-6, as published by the FCC in Figure 9 and Figure 9a, Section

73.699 of the FCC Rules and Regulations.

The average distance from the nearest edge of the cable community to the predicted

WACP-DT predicted 28 dBu contour is 19.4 km (12 miles). The average distance from the nearest

edge ofthe cable community to the WACP-DT site is 121.8 km (75.7 miles).
