NITANIS HOULE

Nitanis Houle is the December Student of the

Month for the NACSP, Pre-Kindergarten class.

Nitanis is a Star student. She learns very fast

and is very helpful. She learns Cree words

and phrases very quickly. Nitanis is well-

behaved in the classroom. She follows the

rules and helps other students when they

need her. She is the daughter of Tylin

Whitford and Pete Houle. Congratulations

CYLIS SADDLER

Cylis Saddler is the December Student of

the Month in Ms. Morsette’s kindergarten

class. Cylis has excellent attendance and

is a hard worker. He is usually the first

one finished with his work, loves to

answer every question, and perseveres in

everything he does. Cylis contributes to

the class by always wanting to help his

peers. He is the son of Briana Molina.

Cylis is a joy to have in class! Keep up the

BRIONI SUNCHILDMr. Harkins’ Student of the Month for December is

Brionni Sunchild. Brionni has been working very

hard and has improved the most out of everyone

during the month. She has greatly improved in her

reading skills and has also made big improvements

with her math skills. I am very proud of Brionni and

how much effort she has put into becoming a good

learner. Brionni is a STAR student! Congratulations

JEREMY CROWJeremy Crow is the December Student of the Month

in Mrs. Whitford’s class. Jeremy is an exceptional

learner. He is a Star student and shows his star

behavior by listening and following directions. He

is also a star by being a friend to his classmates.

Jeremy is very respectful to his teachers and other

adults around him. He works hard on completing

his assignments in a timely manner. Jeremy is an

outstanding STAR student. Way to go Jeremy!

KAVARI SUNCHILD

Kavari Sunchild is the December Student of the Month

is Mrs. Moffitt’s first grade class. Kavari has a Star

attitude and puts forth her best effort. I am proud of

her many accomplishments so far this year, with many

more to come. She has excellent attendance and

realizes the importance of following rules and being on

time. Kavari is a STAR student. Congratulations

GRADY DEMONTINEY

Mrs. Leader’s class proudly announces that Grady

Demontiney is our December Student of the Month. Grady is

the son of Garret Demontiney and Shalimar Small. He is at

school with an eager attitude to learn. Grady is kind to his

classmates and others in school. He has worked hard on his

math facts and is working hard on his writing skills. Grady is

a great STAR student! Congratulations Grady!

NILA STANDING ROCK

Nila Standing Rock is Miss Flachmeyer's December Student of

the Month. Nila is a great student. She is always kind to others

and continually tries to do the right thing. She is a hard worker

and is eager and willing to help another student. Nila is

everything a STAR student needs to be: respectful, responsible,

kind, a learner, and safe! Congratulations Nila!

JERMAYNE SADDLERJermayne Saddler is the December Student of the

Month in Mrs. Flammond’s second grade class.

Jermayne is a wonderful boy who comes to school

every day ready to learn. He enjoys working with

his classmates and is always willing to help out in

any way he can. Jermayne is curious about the

world around him and is always reading and asking

questions to learn about other things he finds

interesting. He is a hard worker and gives his best

effort every day in class. Jermayne is a Star

student and a wonderful addition to Mrs.

Flammond’s second grade class! He is the son of

TATUM SUNCHILD-JONES

Ms. Russette's second grade December Student of

the Month is Tatum Sunchild-Jones. Tatum is a

pleasure to have in class. She is kind and

respectful, and always displays STAR behavior.

She has very good attendance, and works hard in

class. For these reasons I have selected her to

receive this honor. Great work Tatum, keep it up!

MAXIM WHITE

Maxim White is the December Student of the

Month in Mrs. Nimmick's third grade class. Max

has worked really hard at memorizing his

multiplication facts and works hard every day. He

is well respected by his classmates and truly

shines as a STAR student. Keep up the good work

Max!

BRIANNA BAD HAWKBrianna Bad Hawk is the December Student of the

Month in Ms. Earley’s third grade class. Brianna always

has a smile on her face when she comes to school and

continues to wear that smile throughout the day. She

has a great personality that lights up the room. Brianna

always obeys the rules and works hard in class

completing her assignments. She is a great role model

for the class. She is kind to everyone in her class and

listens very well. She is also very helpful to her

classmates when they need help. I am proud of her

accomplishment and am very glad to have her in third

AMIYAH STANDING ROCKAmiyah Standing Rock is the December Student

of the Month in Mrs. Horn’s third grade class. It

was easy to choose Amiyah as student of the

month because she has been an outstanding

student all year. She excels in math and has

been working hard on learning new

multiplication algorithms. She has done an

excellent job taking ownership of her own

learning. Amiyah is a hard worker in class and is

a model student for her peers when it comes to

listening and following directions. Keep up the

great work!

REYONA GOPHERReyona Gopher is the December Student of the

Month in Ms. WindyBoy’s fourth grade class.

Reyona is a shining example of a STAR! She

displays respect for others and herself at all

times. She has been a great example of school-

wide expectations by being an active learner.

Reyona comes to school every day ready to

learn and is always ready to take her learning to

the next level. She is not afraid to ask for help

when needed. She is a great friend to have in the

classroom. Awesome Job Reyona!

TRAYJIN STUMP

Trayjin Stump is the December Student of the Month

in Ms. Macy’s fourth grade class. He has been in

school almost every day this year. Trayjin has been

working really hard in class to get his assignments

completed. All the hard work he has put in shows in

his reading and math grades. He is friendly to all the

kids and helps anyone who needs it. Keep up the

AMIYA FOUR SOULSAmiya Four Souls is an excellent role model for the

fifth grade. She comes to school on time every day

with a smile on her face. Amiya loves to check in on

her friends and teachers to make sure they are

having a great day too. She completes her work in

a timely manner and always tries her very best.

She is extremely positive both in and outside of the

classroom and loves to help others. It is for these

reasons, and many more, that Amiya has been

chosen as Ms. Motsay's December Student of the

Month. Congratulations Amiya!

EMILY MORSETTEEmily Morsette is the December Student of the

Month in Mr. Mann's fifth grade class. Emily is very

deserving of this award through both academic

prowess and exemplary behavior. Emily puts forth

maximum effort and is detail oriented, thus she

makes few errors. Emily is very helpful to her

peers and teachers. Kindness is one of Emily's

many virtues. Emily is a fun and pleasant person

to be around. Due to these reasons and many

more, Emily has qualified for this award.

CLEMENTE MORENOMrs. Four Souls' December Student of the Month is Clemente

Moreno. Clemente is the son of Pearl and Ira Moreno. Clemente has

a smile that lights up the whole classroom. He comes to school with

a positive attitude and is eager to take on any challenge put in front

of him. He is a very respectful student who has been working very

hard at getting to school every day. He has been working hard

inside of the classroom during our reading and math blocks. I enjoy

his awesome sense of humor and an occasional joke or riddle he

has for me, usually on Mondays. I enjoy having Clemente as my

student and I am excited to see all his growth and progression

throughout the rest of the school year! Keep up all of the hard work

and the positive attitude! Thank you, Pearl and Ira, for being so

TAYLYNN STANDING ROCKMs. Terry’s sixth grade class is proud to announce Taylynn Standing

Rock as December Student of the Month. Taylynn is an extremely

hard working student in Ms. Terry’s classroom. She comes to school

cheery and ready to start each and every day with a great attitude.

Taylynn is a little shy, but it does not slow down her self-confidence.

She never procrastinates and completes assignments with a lot of

pride. Her favorite subject is math. Students often go to her for

advice on how she completes her projects and ideas she may have

to improve their work. Taylynn is very close to her family and holds

her family in a special place in her heart. Compassion,

responsibility, and pride are words that come to mind when I think

of Taylynn. She spends her spare time playing basketball and

hanging out with friends. She also likes participating in Pow Wows

and Round Dances. Congratulations Taylynn!

K-DYN OATSK’dyn Oats is the December Student of the

Month for PE. K'dyn is an awesome student

whom I always look forward to having in my

class. She has not missed any PE days this

quarter and is always listening and

following directions quickly and promptly.

She also works very hard in class in all the

activities we do and always with a smile on

her face. K'dyn is a joy to have in class.

KAYSIA STUMPKaysia Stump is the December Cree Student of

the Month. Kaysia is very respectful and always

treat everyone kindly. She is eager to learn and

pays attention well in class. Kaysia always

exhibits STAR behavior. I am proud to have

Kaysia in my class. Congratulations Kaysia!

KELLY CALVINKelly Calvin is the December Library Student of the

Month. Kelly is an exceptionally cheerful girl who

always wears a smile. She enjoys learning in the

library by listening to a story or viewing an

informational video. She displays courtesy and

respect at all times. Kelly enjoys reading higher

level chapter books, especially books about

mysteries and Magic Tree House books. She

participates well in class discussion with a positive

view of life. Kelly enjoys browsing the library and

selecting books for reading pleasure. She is

certainly a Star student. Congratulations Kelly!

SAN-JAI STANDING ROCK

San-jai Standing Rock has been selected as the

December Student of the Month by Mr. Bergren. San-

jai has been working hard in math this month. His

attitude toward his school work has improved along

with his grades. San-jai is courteous and polite to his

peers and adults at Rocky Boy Elementary School.

BENTLEY EAGLEMAN

Mr. Bober’s Art class is proud to announce Bentley

Eagleman, in Ms. Flachmeyer’s 1st grade class, as

December Art Student of the Month. Though new to the

school, Bentley has exemplified STAR behavior through

his positive attitude, artistic talents, and willingness to

help. I look forward to seeing more work from this
