I also would like to thank you for all the ways you contribute to make Student Services a place where students feel heard, understood and helped. Enjoy your holidays! Donna Director, Student Services In January, we will welcome over 4000 new students to our campuses. We will need your help to make Experience Seneca a success. You will need to be familiar with the activities so you can direct students to the right place and will be asked to help with the 3 parts of Experience Seneca: Open Early January-5-9 Day One- January 12 Experience Seneca Activities January 13-23 Open Early- January 5-9 Students are encouraged to come to campus to complete their College business and get to know their campus better from January 5-9. During the week, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Ask Me tables will be available where new students will be greeted by a current Seneca student who can help them prepare for their first day by showing them their classrooms, helping them get their OneCard, introducing them to ser- vices, or working through the New Student Checklist Ask Me tables will be located at the following campuses: King Campus Main Lobby, Outside Student Services Markham Campus Atrium Newnham Campus Minkler Atrium, Building A Seneca@York Campus Front Lobby Day One- January 12 New students’ first day is Monday, January 12, starting at 10 a.m. Students will be directed to their program room for activities to help them succeed in their program, to meet their classmates and professors and to receive information about the resources available to support their time at Seneca. STUDENT AMBASSADOR HOLIDAY SKATING PARTY

You are invited to the Student Ambassador Holiday Skating Party!! Tuesday December 16, 2014 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm Meet in Student Services, Room D2014 at 11:45 am

We will be skating from 12:00-1:00 and then a light lunch and refreshments will be served. * Skate Rentals are available* * You must bring your Student ID Card to have access to the ice rink and free skate rentals.* Please RSVP by Friday December, 12th.

Please be sure that the original lock remains on

locker.

After December 12, there will be a charge of

$15 to claim belongings.

If belongings are not claimed from December

15-24, items will be discarded or donated to

charity.

Locker Rentals

To enter the lottery: Login to my.senecacollege.ca

Click on the Student Services Tab.

Application date: January 7, 9 a.m. – January 18, 11:59 p.m.

NO REFUNDS. NO CHANGES.

If you have been chosen for a locker, a notification will be sent to

your Seneca e-mail account on Monday, January 19, 2015..

Payment must be made by Wednesday, January 21 at 11:30 a.m.
