Page 1 of 7 December 2, 2020 Architectural Project #1913 Marathon Remodel ADDENDUM NO. 2 PROJECT: Marathon Remodel (3000 US Highway 41, Terre Haute, IN) THIS LETTER CONSTITUTES ADDENDUM NO.2 The information contained in this Addendum shall become a part of the basic plans, the same as is originally incorporated therein. The original plans shall remain in their entirety, except as modified by the Addendum. The items herein shall supersede information in the plans. The proposed contract documents for this work are modified as follows: Item #1 The following items are documentation is included for your review: Existing site plan from 1992 Pictures of the existing roof Pictures of the existing exterior Item #2 Sheet A-1 states that the existing overhead doors that are being demolished may be infilled with 8” CMU or steel studs. If using steel studs, the contractor should insulate between the studs with batt insulation. The interior side should be finished with gypsum board and be taped and mudded. Item #3 There may be a small portion of existing sanitary line under the slab at the north end of the building, which the existing mop sink is already tied into, that may be re-used. Most of the sanitary lines under the slab will be new. Item #4 Door Hardware to be an allowance of $5,000. Item #5 HVAC contract is by the owner. The general contractor will need to coordinate with the HVAC contractor. Item #6 Existing Cooler is to be demolished by HVAC contractor. Item #7 Existing Sanitary depth is not known.
