Scope of Work

Construction of a new 26,815 square foot (approx.), 30-bed detention facility to house juvenile offenders. F&H Construction is the project prime contractor. The

following describes this month’s progress:

BSCC Mockup inspection completed.

Dewatering and mucking out of footings as needed due to

inclement weather.

CMU block installation continues up to 4’ in all quadrants.

Recreation Yard concrete placed.

Steel columns erected on site. Welding of rebar to col-

umns continues.

Epoxy Dowels placement ongoing.

Curb and gutter along building entrance formed and

placed.

Forming for curb completed.

Slab-on-Grade complete..

Door frame installation and plumbing in front of CMU

placements continues.

Trench and conduit placement for Parking and Exterior Lighting.

Transfer use of stockpile to Tuolumne County complete.
