CHILD PROTECTION Thank you to all the volunteers and employees who

remain current throughout the year with Virtus

Bulletins and other requirements as they arise. Staying

current has such a positive impact on not only our administrative

tasks, but demonstrates your concern and care for the youth of our

Parish! May God bless you during this joyful time of year. If you

have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will help

you in any way I can. Merry Christmas! Bill Thoman.

Volunteering Opportunity We are looking for a few people who would have an interest in

serving on the Buildings and Grounds Commission. In the

coming year we will be having an energy audit done and assessing

our long term lighting, heating, air conditioning and power

sources. Everything is already in place and beginning. It would

be wonderful to have some additional folks who for one reason or

another have not had an opportunity to help in the past. Our

meetings are scheduled when needed or to discuss a host of

projects ranging from flowers to boilers. You need NOT be a civil

engineer or handyperson to be involved. If interested or needing

more information, please contact Bill Thoman at the Parish Office

during regular business hours.

Aubrey Rose Scholarship 8th graders who will be attending a Catholic

High School in the Archdiocese next school year may apply for

the Aubrey Rose Scholarship. You can find out more information

and print an application by visiting the website

www.aubreyrose.org. Applications and essays are due no later

than January 27, 2017.
