The parents/legal guardians of the student may also incur legal liability regarding their failure to compel the student to attend school.

STOP & THINK For the month of January the fol-lowing school wide procedures will be the specific focus of behav-ior for each week:

January 6-10 Good Manners/Respect Use "Please," "Thank you," "Yes/No Sir/Ma'am," "You're Welcome," "Excuse Me," etc. In addition, we would like to remind everyone to stop in the hallway during morning pledges as a show of respect.

January 13-17 Traveling Position Keep a zero voice level while traveling, hands and feet to yourselves, face forward

January 21-24 Restroom Behavior Appropriate noise level and making good choices will be the focus of this week. (Restroom vandalism became an issue at the end of the first semester.)

January 27-31 Cafeteria Procedures Use correct voice level while waiting in line and while seated. Correctly change to a zero voice level at the specified time. Entering and exiting cafeteria is ALWAYS traveling position.
