Taebaek is the name of a mountain with themeaning of "bright mountain", where Tangun (the

founder of the nation of Korean people) reigned the

    country. The bright mountain symbolizes

sacredness of soul and Tangun's thought of "hongik

ingan" [humanitarian ideal]. There are numerous

sites known as Taebaek, but Mt. Paektu, which has

been typically known as the cradle of Korean people. This mountain is the background for the naming of

the Taebaek poomsae. The line of poomsae is like a

Chinese letter, which symbolizes the bridge between

    the Heaven and the earth.

    Santas Milk &Cookies

Why do we leave out cookiesand milk for Santa? They aredelicious, but that isnt theonly reason...

Santa has a lot of work to doon Christmas. Cookies arepacked with sugars and carbs, which both give the bodybursts of quick energy. Andmilk is full of protein whichhelps keep you full.

So milk and cookies are agreat meal for someone withmillions of presents to deliver!

But, unless you are magic, dont try eating as manycookies as Santa in one night! You wont feel so good.
