The FAST TRACK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (FTMP)......is an international graduate program for top graduates, coming from leading universities in Europe.
All trainees who enter the 21 month-program work on 3 different assignments around Whirlpool European & Global locations. The program offers a specific training, development and mentoring plan, as well as exposure to Whirlpool leaders.
The FTMP aim is to coach trainees to become future leaders in our organization.
• excellent Business or Technical degree/Master• fluent English and at least one other foreign language• effective communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team• a clear motivation to work and grow in a multicultural environment• an internship/professional experience abroad or in an international company
