As per your talk with Mr. Haresh Patel on phone regarding installation of fully automatic 20Ltrs jar filling machine. In order to schedule the technical staff appointment for installation of said machine, we need following things ready at your end. Kindly confirm it first so we can proceed further.

(1) Electrification (Main power to machine), Compressor to machine air pipeline, and all necessary pipelines connected to machine. Kindly make sure that the machine is at the exact place where it will be use for production. All the required raw material, supporting unskilled labor, semi skilled, and operator for training be present there.

(2) To and Fro Ticket confirmation (with Lodging, Boarding, and local conveyance) from Ahmedabad to installation destination (If the travelling period required more than 30 hrs of traveling, in that case, air ticket is required. As per our terms and condition “To & Fro Air Ticket to the nearest air port, Lodging and Boarding, local conveyance, any other miscellaneous expenses for first two days in case our technical representative is required to extend his stay beyond two days, from next day onwards, an amount of INR 1500/- per day will be charged over and above boarding, lodging and local conveyance expenses. “)

(3) As mentioned in Per-forma Invoice, Installation charges (which is pending) is needed to be deposited in our bank account.

(4) Despite of repetitive reminder, we have not received the “C” Form yet.

Once above mentioned things are ready, we will be able to schedule the technical staff appointment for installation.
