Sponsor understands the financial commitment in which it is entering into and will make every attempt to fulfill the obligation as warranted below. Sponsor agrees to provide any print ready artwork of their company name or logo (if necessary). While Sponsorship does afford some benefits, sponsorship of Voyager Academy does not permit the Sponsor to have any rights or responsibilities in the operation of the Voyager Academy or any team at Voyager Academy, nor does the Sponsor have any rights or responsibilities in the selection of managers, coaches or players for any team at Voyager Academy. The Sponsor and the Voyager Academy are independent contractors with respect to one another, and neither shall have any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner or to any extent whatsoever, except as specified herein. The Sponsor shall have the right to use the following term in advertisements, posters, brochures, newsletters, etc.: “Sponsor of Voyager Academy.” Sponsorship does NOT give the Sponsor the right to use the word “official” in connection with its Sponsorship, unless expressly noted in the Sponsorship level benefits. Use of the “Voyager Logo” or any other identifying graphics of Voyager Academy is prohibited unless permission is expressly granted in writing by the school. Voyager Academy is a tax exempt organization and contributions may be tax deductible under IRS Regulation 501c (3) of the tax code. Preferred (20 spots)

• $700 per year plus one-time banner cost of $105
