As we slowly and cautiously return to the “new” normal I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of our customers, travel agents and partners for their patience and understanding as we continue to deal with the consequences of COVID-19. Having survived past epidemics and other calamities for 28 years, we choose to believe that this too shall pass and that travel, as an essential part of our lives uniting the people of the world, will return in all its glory! Therefore, in order to give our customers the peace of mind to consider traveling with us in 2021 we are implementing the following relaxed Terms & Conditions in the hope that we will retain your trust and support going forward.

• Deposits: For all bookings in 2021 we are reducing our deposits from $250 per person to $110 per person (or $220 per couple as a nod to 2020).

• Final payments: We are reducing the final payment deadlines from 120 days to 60 days prior to each departure – by which time we will all know if it is safe to travel.

• Cancellation penalties: Waived for all cancellations received up to 61 days prior to travel

• THANK YOU CREDIT: For all passengers who book any of our 2021 programs and send their initial deposit to reach us by 17 December 2020 (our company 29th birthday) we will apply the deposit amount of $110 to each sailing customer, to be used as on board credit for qualifying expenses.* * For full details, terms and exclusions please see our web site at; www.valueworldcruises.com
