The tenders will be received up to 3.00 PM on 03.08.2018 and opened by the

under signed at 3:30PM on the same day in the presence of the tenderers, who choose

to be present at the time of opening.

The blank tender form and documents can be had from the CEM-Cell, office of

the Dean, CEG, Anna University Chennai-25, on all working days between 11:00AM to

3:00PM from 20.07.2018 to 02.08.2018. The quotations shall be submitted only in the

prescribed form supplied by the CEM-Cell, Office of the Dean, CEG Campus, Anna

University, Chennai - 25.

The E.M.D will be accepted in the form of National Savings Certificates / Demand

Draft duly pledged in favour of “The Dean, College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna

University, Chennai -25”.

Right is reserved by the Dean CEG, Anna University Chennai-25, to

reject / cancel any or all of the tenders so received without assigning any reason

therefore.
