withhold assent to; to hesitate to believe, or to be inclined not to believe; to withhold confidence from; to distrust;

✦ A fluctuation of mind arising from defect of knowledge or evidence; uncertainty of judgment or mind; unsettled state of opinion concerning the reality of an event, or the truth of an assertion, etc.; hesitation.

✦ Doubt and unbelief limit access to the promises of God for your life.

✦ Doubt and unbelief gives power to the natural and causes the supernatural to lie dormant.

✦ Doubt and unbelief causes the word of God to be ineffective in your life.

✦ Doubt and unbelief causes prayer and fasting to become irrelevant.

Overcoming Doubt 1. Revisit prior victories that you’ve won in

the past.

2. Know the truth and stand on the truth that you know.

3. Step out and try.

4. Don’t give doubters and unbelievers access to what your believing God for.

5. Continually build yourself up in the Spirit of God.
