For who?– Technicians at the service centers use this guide to

troubleshoot basic NVH complaints.

Why?– Basic troubleshooting complaints in the field can be

solved by the dealers using this guide.

– Ensure that preliminary inspection is done on sources like: fan, tires, engine mounts, etc…

– Support the technician with trouble shooting tips for vibration issues.

When will PSM get involved in the trouble shooting process?– After dealers were not able to solve the problem

themselves. From the start they are in permanently contact with the service center.

– Problem is complex, further investigation required
