NO. 1 SONG "Jason Aldean is back in familiar territory with a No. 1 song. “Gonna Know We Were Here” is the fourth single off his album Old Boots, New Dirt. It is the third song from the album that has reached the top of the MusicRow CountryBreakout Chart. The Michael Knox-‐produced album was recently added back to Spotify after being pulled over a year ago. "“Gonna Know We Were Here” was written by Brett James and Brett Beavers. Beavers is an award-‐winning songwriter who most notably has co-‐written several hits for Dierks Bentley. “Gonna Know We Were Here” marks his girst earned No. 1 Challenge Coin. James was one of MusicRow’s 2014 Songwriter of the Year recipients. It’s been a while since we have heard his name; his previous MusicRow No. 1 came in April of this year. "The music video for Aldean’s latest No. 1 will certainly get the football fan in all of us gired up. Of course, the pun is in reference to the often-‐seen glames in Aldean’s videos and performances. It has become a trademark that his fans have come to love. "Aldean will kick off his We Were Here Tour in January 2016. Along with him will be special guests Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses. ""
