Holyland and Jordan

Dead Sea, JordanDead Sea, JordanBe amazed at nature when you visit the Dead Sea; its surface and shores are 427 metres below sea level, Earth's lowest elevation on land. Being the deepest hypersaline lake in the world, it's impossible for anyone to sink in it.

Petra, JordanPetra, JordanThis half-built, half-carved into the rock, city was the capital city of the Nabateans – ancient Arab people. Surrounded by mountains riddled with passages and gorges, this beautiful city is one of the world's richest and largest archaeological sites.

Western Wall, JerusalemWestern Wall, JerusalemLocated in the Old City of Jerusalem, it is a small western segment of the walls surrounding the area called the Temple Mount – the holiest site in Judaism and is the place to which Jews turn during prayer.

Church of the Holy Sepulcher, JerusalemChurch of the Holy Sepulcher, JerusalemLocated within the Christian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem, this site is venerated as Calvary where Jesus was crucified. The place where Jesus is said to have been burried and resurrected is also found here.

Dome of the Rock, JerusalemDome of the Rock, JerusalemThis Muslim shrine is built over a sacred stone believed to mark the place from which the Prophet Muhammad ascended into heaven. The Dome of the Rock is one of Jerusalem's most famous Islamic sites.
