• A memorandum of agreement has been drafted

• A structured methodology for county project implementation has been designed and discussed

• A framework to guide engagements between counties and the private sector has been drafted and discussed
• E-readiness data for 26 counties and capacity data for 47 counties has been collected by ICTA and we have a good idea of needs and gaps
