All issues relating to the Combined International Collateral Accounts (Global Debt Facility) are handled in whole and in part through PRIVATE AGREEMENTS and TREATIES only, and the Global Debt Facility is independently managed and administered, of which these World Leaders are NOT involved, have no voice or say so in, remain uninvited to be a part of, and have NEVER been a legal part of. Now let’s just analyse the contents of the below attached 'Confidential' documents:- The first issue regards the signature lines and spaces presented on all three pages of the CONFIDENTIAL document. Is that any way to present Leaders of the World's signatures? A very amateurish presentation on behalf of "All World Leaders." Who are these people depicted by signatures? Who or what do those squiggly lines actually represent? What World Leader signed on behalf of which country? Can you tell? Without a lot of serious investigative work it would be nearly impossible to identify each signatory to this document because their names and positions are not given in type form. There's no official identity for any of the alleged signatories. Why is that because whenever one writes an official letter or executes an official document such as a Treaty, Treaty Agreement, or similar, their name and title always follows the signature. Are they trying to hide something with this document alignment? Whoever did it was so lacking of intellect / knowledge of official protocols that they didn’t know how to or they forgot how to correctly end an official letter / document. Six more issues (followed by my comments) regarding specific quotes from the letter portion of the CONFIDENTIAL document above: a)Content, quote “This is to update our warm gratitude to your good offices as we are airing you that we whom appeared our alleged support before certain Anthony S. Martin were crucially false …….”. DC. For so-called Intellectual World Leaders it took them several years (20 years to be precise) to determine that Anthony S. Martin was false and an impostor. Here are two Passport Docs issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, to Anthony S. Martin. Again, notice the date of birth is June 6, 1974.

What we have are two different normal National Passports, issued by The Department of Foreign Affairs, Manila, Philippines; held by the said Anthony Santiago Martin. The one on the left is issued 30th Sept 2011, expiring on 29th Sept 2016. The one on the right is issued 23rd May 2009 with expiry date 22nd May 2014. According to our Intelligence people, these are two different persons that carry the same name and according to all records, live at the same address in San Sebastion, Hagonoy, Bulacan, Philippines. Furthermore, the Place of Birth recorded on both Passports states MALABON, RIZAL. Malabon is a city that makes up the municipalities of the 3rd District National Capital Region of Metro Manila, and is situated on the North Left side of the National Capital Region. Malabon is not in the Province of Rizal. Rizal is the province to the right of Metro Manila, as you

look at the map. The lower boundaries of both Provinces (Metro Manila and Rizal) front Laguna Bay. Malabon is not in the Province of Rizal. An additional point. When the Passport on the right expired on 22nd May 2014 why wasn't the renewal of same dated to run from May 2014 - May 2019, or was this in fact two passports issued to two different people of the same name and living at the same address, at two different times? In other words both Fake Passports issued in the name of Anthony Santiago Martin to two different people who were both actually imposters. It will be interesting to see the passport photograph used on the new passport when it is issued, if it is issued, to the surviving fake Anthony Santiago Martin against the expired passport on the left with expiration date of 29th Sept 2016. There is no definition of the word Mirallion so what actual figure, either in US Dollars or Pesos, is being described here is unknown. d). They have no right. The Global Debt Facility is not their money and never has been, so they have no legal rights whatsoever to determine who gets what from same. That right rests solely with the International Treasury Controller, M1, Legal Heir, Owner, and Sole Arbiter. The Philippines have every right, and as equal a right as any other country, to financial benefits from the Global Debt Facility. They are Humans just like everyone else, and if any country needs quality financial assistance the Philippines is right within the top segment of the list.
