Days of fun

Now not in bun

Summer holidays are pleasure

And the children‟s treasure

That‟s the glory

Of visiting a fairy

We can stroll here and there

We can roll here and there

We can sleep when we want

And exams are never haunt

We have time to see flowers

And observe each star

A variety of green is also seen

The trees are all dressed

In colour which match best

The birds are flying here and there

Something in there beak, is it a pear?

The summer holidays came full of light

Long days and short nights

Dear parents,

Summer vacations are just round the

corner. Here are some constructive

and creative activities to keep our

little ones buzzing like busy bees…….

Let the tiny ones explore this

creativity under your guidance.

Patterns:

Standing line, sleeping line, slanting line, curved line.

Let the child practice the patterns with the help of

crayons (sheets attached)

Number work:

Oral counting 1 to 10. Make it interesting by

activities like stringing beads, counting spoons,

plates, glasses, toys etc.

Concept of big and small

Fun with Maths book: Do pages (1 to 11, 23 and

24)

E.V.S.

Colour red and yellow: Discuss the colour of objects

in their environment.

English:

Integrated Activity Book: do pages 1 to 7and 12 to

16.

Art and craft

Do various activities using bindi, leaves, seeds, etc.

Make big poster of your favourite cartoon character

on ivory sheet.

Do activity sheets (attached) as per instructions

given on the top of them.

Vocabulary and conversation:

Picture reading

Phonic sounds

Encouraging your child to converse in English

Use of words

Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening, Good

Night, Sorry, Thank You, Please and May I ______.

Learn lines on „Myself‟ given in work to be done for

months of April & May.
