1. Data provided by the college as depicted in the roster is within the sanctioned strength. 2 . Posts allocated to the subjects are as per the workload in the college and due process has been followed for the same. 3. All the posts are correctly earmarked for respective categories as per the DoP&T guidelines/ reservation policy of Govt. of India and adopted by the Executive Council of the University of Delhi. 4 . Enclosed is a copy of revised Roster (Teaching Staff) after incorporating

the EWS points on the existing approved Roster. A copy of Roster

existing Roster approved by the University is also enclosed.

As already informed, we have already sent a letter to UGC for 25%

increase in staff strength, the sanction of which is still awaited. In the

meantime, the University has asked us to incorporate the EWS points on

the existing approved roster only without making any additions.

In fact , this was an item in the Governing Body meeting on 2?1h May 2019

and has been pending for approval by GB since January 2019. The

meeting could not take place as members left after the emergent meeting.

The University has been sending reminders to send the Roster after

incorporating the EWS points as per circular sent by them ( copy

enclosed).

Chairperson, Governing Body may kindly approve the Roster so that it is

forwarded to University for approval. This will be reported in the next

meeting of the Governing Body.
