Concept
The Diaphragm Vacuum Pumpsfrom KNF are based on a simpleprincipal - an elastic diaphragm,fixed on its edge, moves up anddown its central point by means ofan eccentric. in this way the sub-stance is transferred using automa-tic valves.
The pumps are equipped with thepatented stress-optimised structu-red diaphragm, resulting in a highpneumatic performance, long pro-duct life and compact size. Multi-port valves tolerate condensate andvapors without damage.
Thanks to the KNF modularsystem, the parts used to transferthe gases can be made from mate-rials with varying degrees of resi-stance. The customer has a choiceof pump drives ranging from a sel-ection of A/C motors to explosion-proof models. Please contact us forfurther details.

Areas of use
The Diaphragm Vacuum Pumpsoffer a high level of performancedespite their small size, as well asan excellent price performanceratio. They are required especially inthe fields of analysis, medicine andproduction technology.
The pumps are used for air andgases, taking samples (even liquidsin a vacuum) and evacuating ves-sels.
