DescriptionThis ELQ electric actuator option provides two extra single pole double throw limit switches for indicating the fully open and the fully closed actuator position. This option can be used when higher voltages than 24V are used for position indication, for instance 110V or 220V.
This option makes use of V3 type switches. As a variation of this option 3-wire proximity switches (V3 type) can be provided.
ConstructionThe kit is mounted on top of the mainboard (1). The switches are operated by their own cams (2) which are driven by the indicator shaft (3). The two switches on the top are the standard switches (6), the switches on bottom are the extra switches (7).
The ELQ-actuator has a yellow 6 pole connector (4) to connect the extra limit switches to the terminals in the terminal compartment. The connectors (5) for motor switches and standard limit switches can be plugged into the sockets on the mainboard.

DescriptionThis electric actuator option controls the speed of the ELQ-actuator. It has an electronic card and a feedback potentiometer. The electronic card is equiped with an initialization button, a potentiometer and a switch for speed range selection. A two speed range selection is made with a "linear/pulse" switch and further fine adjustment made by means of a potentiometer. The linear setting is for the "high" speed range (shorter cycle times) and the pulse setting is for the "low" speed range (longer cycle times).
ConstructionThe speed control card (1) is mounted on top of the mainboard (2). The feedback potentiometer (3) is mounted in the limit switch assembly (4) on top of the mainboard. The potentiometer is driven by the indicator shaft (5) and an intermediate gear in the limit switch assembly. The potentiometer connector (6) is plugged in to the speed control card.

DescriptionThis ELQ electric actuator option provides a varying indication of the actuator and valve position by transmitting a 4- 20 mA signal, this is proportional to the output shaft. Feedback is reversable from a 4-20mA signal to a 20-4mA signal by means of a jumper setting (3).
This option consists of an electronic card and a potentiometer fed from an external (24VDC) power supply. The card is equipped with trimmers for zero (1) and span (2) adjustment. When mounted on top of the mainboard the option is connected to the terminal compartment by internal wiring.
ConstructionThe electronic card (4) is mounted on top of the mainboard (5). The potentiometer (6) is mounted in the limit switch assembly (7) and is driven by the indicator shaft (8) and an intermediate gear in the limit switch assembly. DescriptionThis ELQ electric actuator option is the most advanced positioner available on the market today. This version is made possible by a combination of the latest developments in micro processor technology together with a low power interface for the ultimate in actuator control.
The positioner option provides a modulationg position control from an incoming 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10VDC or digital signal. After initialization the micro processor senses what is required and sets it self up accordingly.
All the usual control characteristics are provided, these are easily reset from the five button control panel - Split range, equal percentage, quick opening and custom curves, direct/reverse acting.
ConstructionThe electronic card (1) is mounted on top of the mainboard (2). The potentiometer (3) is mounted in the limit switch assembly (4) and is driven by the indicator shaft (5) and an intermediate gear in the limit switch assembly. The potentiometer connector (6) is plugged in the positioner card. The mainboard is prewired to the terminal strip in the terminal compartment.

DescriptionThis ELQ electric actuator option provides a local control box. The box is equipped with buttons for "Local", "Remote", "Open" and "Closed". LED's indicate the "Local", "Remote" or the "Off" status.
When “LOCAL” is selected the valve may be moved to the "Open" or "Closed" position by pressing the "Open" or "Closed" button.
The "Open" and "Closed" buttons are locked out when “Remote” is selected and the control is returned to the remote control station.
The optional status module (see data sheet A5.308) can give a signal to the control room indicating that the ELQ-actuator is switched to local control.
ConstructionThe control box (1) is located on the side of the actuator casting. All the connection wiring is contained internally. The connector (2) is plugged in on top of the mainboard (3). The cover (4) may be locked by an optional pad lock.

DescriptionThis ELQ electric actuator option provides a local control box for use on explosion proof actuators.
The switch selects between “LOCAL OPEN”, “REMOTE”, “OFF”, “REMOTE” and “LOCAL CLOSE”. When in “LOCAL OPEN”, “LOCAL CLOSE” or "OFF" position the actuator can not be operated remotely.
This local control station is FM explosion proof certified and water and dust proof to IP67/NEMA4.

DescriptionThis ELQ electric actuator option provides status information from the ELQ-actuator. Signals are provided for motor running, whether the ELQ-actuator is switched to the Local control box and if the power supply is properly connected. These signals or a combination of these signals can tell what is happening with the ELQ-actuator/valve unit.
ConstructionThe option consists of an electronic card (1) with three potential free contacts providing the signals and is mounted on top of the mainboard (2). The ELQ-actuator has an intermediate 6 pole connector (3) to connect the status module to the terminals in the terminal compartment.

DescriptionThis option provides two sets of relays for controlling and position indication of an ELQ electric actuator. These relays are suitable for high voltages or amperages, for instance 24VDC/5A, 48V/5A, 110V/2A or 220V/10A.
ConstructionThe relays are mounted in a relay box on the side of the ELQ-actuator. The relay box is connected to the terminal compartment by a pipe connection.
Control and feedback signals from the remote control system can be connected to the terminals in this box. The wiring of the relay box can be connected to the terminal compartment for 24V power supply, control- and feedback signals.
