Sensor Logger + USB Module = Up and running!

The Edu-logger® is not just another data logging system; it is a completely different way of logging data. Instead of the traditional method of using a data logger and sensors, the Edu-Logger® sensors ARE the loggers!

Each sensor has a built in datalogger and memory chip. This offers numerous benefits and virtually eliminates set-up time! You can literally be up and running in 20 seconds!

There are 4 ways to log data with Edu-logger®:

Connected to a PC via a USB Cable

WIRELESSLY via RF modules

Remotely via a hand held monitor unit

EDU-LOGGER® technology is based on autonomous modular sensors that can be combined in a long "chain".Each sensor samples and records the information in itsown memory, working independently from all of the other sensors.

EDU-LOGGER® sensors can be connected in any order to a PC or to a monitor display unit. The unique design of the sensors allows for any combination of modules,regardless of the connection order. Sensors can be addedor removed without affecting the rest of the chain.

Once the EDU-LOGGER® sensors are connected in a manner appropriate for the experiment, they can be operated in three different modes:

PC: The sensors can be connected via a USB port or RFModule and the researcher can control data acquisitionand analyze results using the EDU-LOGGER® software.

Monitor Display Unit: The unit comes equipped with an LCD screen and keyboard and can be used easily outdoors.

Independent Sensor: Each sensor contains its own memory and processor. It can be programmed via the PC or the monitor display unit and will then carry outmeasurements as a stand-alone unit.
