    For successful execution of the software

    You must have Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 atleast, Microsoft Office 2003

    and Adobe Reader 9.0 installed on your system.

    NOTE: - Please read manual carefully especially red lines given in this manual.

    For proper execution of the software.

    Step : 1

    Download the Data base, Manual & Data Entry Software from

    http://swd.up.nic.in/FeeR.htm.

    Unzip the NICFeeR-.

    Step : 2 Execute the Downloaded VBDLL.exe

    Step : 3Paste the Downloaded kruti_dev file into Start Settings ControlPanel Fonts folder.

    Step : 3 Create a new folder named NICFeeR on your systems C:\

    Step : 4 Paste the Downloaded Microsoft Access File NICFeeR.mdb into yoursystems C:\NICFeeR folder.

    Step : 5

    Execute the NICPostMatric-.exe file.

    It will ask for your District, Institute & Password, After providing the entire

    desired details press Login button.

    Password : adminfeer

    Select your district then institute and enter the password then click login button.

    After successful login the screen given below comes.

    Go through menu "Master Data"--> "Institute Master" for adding bank, branch, account number

    and affiliation of institute. It is mandatory step for using further options of the software, without

    doing this step user cannot do any thing in software.

    Please enter Institute/College profile carefully otherwise no data will be processed at the time

    of demand generation. All * marked fields are mandatory.

    Check the details of entry for Institutes Go through option "Master Data-->Institute Details"

    Check the correctness of the Courses by going through option "Master Data-->Course Checklist"

    This will display all the courses provided with the s/w.

    Select the Courses offered by your college/institute

    To Add Courses for Institute use Menu Option Master DataSelect Courses for Institute

    Click on the Courses running in your Institute/College and Press OK Button.

    You Can add Branches/Group of Selected Courses for your College/Institute if required.

    For this Choose Option

    Master Data Add Branches of Course

    Select Course and Add Branch Names using the Following Screen-

    Suppose Course is B.Tech .

    You can add Civil, Electrical as a Branch of B.Tech Course.

    If the required High School Board Year is not listed at the time of Student Entry you can Added it.

    For this Goto Master Data Board Year Entry

    Type the Board Year in the TextBox in a Screen Similar to Following and Click Add Button.

    For Compact and Repair database Go Through "Master Data-->Compact DataBase" option,this

    will Compact your database.

    After Entering Complete data of Student you can Break data Department wise (Backward

    Category,Social Welfare,Minority data) if required.

    To prepare data for Department wise Go Through "Master Data-->Prepare Data For

    Department" option

    For new entry of Application Go through "Application Master--> New Application

    Pl enter Col no 22 i.e. Fee Claim amount if it is zero then no amount will reimburse at the time of demand

    generation.

    Alphabet 2 Char.

    To Edit student's record, Go through "Application Master Edit Application" .
