Common fields can be simply dragged into the form.
Further properties can be updated to make the form fields function to fit
specific need
UCM Specific fields are “container” of business functions that can also be
dragged into the form.
iNtelforms Work Flow
A form can have optional work flow enabled
When enabled, the approving function can be forwarded to another
personnel
User defines the number of days after which work flow action expires
System notifies periodically for actions on Work Flow
One or more approvers can be added
One or more Advisee can be added
Advisee is notified on selected event
Initial instruction of the action is provided
