ConnectivityContintuitySA’s extensive data centres provide connectivity to allmajor South African carriers and closely-integrated partnerrelationships to ensure extensive regional coverage with carrier-grade co-location facilities in strategically-importantcommunication hubs. Where the facility is available these Datacentres are interconnected by high speed Gigabit enabled networksover multiple fibre providers.

All ContinuitySA data centres have meet me rooms with multipleproviders having core network infrastructure into the locations,allowing customers to connect to an existing provider or whererequired connect via redundant datacentres.

All ContinuitySA’s datacentres are connected back to a fibre coreLAN environment which allows for connectivity back toContintuitySA’s work area recovery. This network is configurableby the end customer to ensure that the solution is truly bespokefor their DR environment.

PowerAll ContinuitySA’s datacentres are built with backup powergenerators and UPS systems to keep the environment poweredup in the event of a power failure from the primary power grid.The generators and UPS devices are constantly maintained andtested for correct operation.

In addition to the above there are redundant cooling systemsemployed in each data suite to ensure that optimal temperatureand humidly is maintained in the environment. These are constantlymonitored by a robust building management system.
