Reports will be pasted as raw data into the designated tabs titled with the source name of the respective report. Pages with the similar color to reports page will pull information from that report. The green line at the top signifies that all information is in correct column.

Formulas will then search through the tables to pull specific information needed to track progress of each sales manager throughout the year. This information will then update onto the dashboards.

The “Update All” feature allows for all information to be sent out to each Dashboard. The VBA code will open a dashboard, put a time-stamp, save, close, and move onto the next dashboard. The process will repeat until all dashboards are up-to-date.

Each button around “Update All” provides access to all the created dashboards. Once clicked, the buttons VBA code will open the appropriate dashboard and add a new time-stamp.

This option does not automatically save and close to allow for continuous access to a single dashboard.

Property Pages show performance information for each sales manager at property as well as the property as a whole.

Each sales manager links to the individual dashboard.

Links also present to return to cover page and team dashboard

Calculator page funnels information from worksheets to the property pages.

The Page also allows for tracking other useful information such as conversion percentage, without it influencing the goals of sales managers.

The information is then funneled through to the calculators in more manageable fashion.

The Team Dashboard is an exact replica of the master dashboard, less the Worksheets and Calculator Tabs.

This allows for increased visibility, all the while limiting the ability to input information.

The Home Page gives a quick look at each property the sales manager is responsible for individually, as well as in a lump sum.

Each property page give an in depth look into performance at each property. Included are graphs to provide a clearer picture of current standing.

The Submission page will pull all the performance information needed to ease the process of submitting for bonuses. All that is required is for the Sales manager to insert the bonus period and formulas will pull the necessary information.

The Dashboard Suite provides a single access point to all information needed in performance tracking. A central location for raw data allows for less man hours to be consumed in reporting and processing information, freeing up the Sales managers to do what it is they do best….. SELL!
