How the REFA Association is organised

Highest decision-making body consists of delegates from the regional, district and local

associations meets every 2 years takes fundamental decisions on the association‘s development

Organ of control consists of the chairmen of the 10 regional associations as well

as of a representative from the German Federation of Trade Unions and the Confederation of German Employers‘ Associations respectively
