To be successful in this role, you will have/be- Prepared to work 38 hours outside on a worksite- Willing to commit to four (4) years of training- Hold your White Card- A Drivers licence and own transport- Reliable and punctual

Program Content
This qualifica�on provides a trade outcome in carpentry, covering work in residen�al and commercial applica�ons. This course will include all aspects of the building industry including, but not restricted to, site work, concre�ng, framing and finishing works.
To achieve a Cer�ficate III in Carpentry a total of thirty (30) units of competency must be completed. This comprises twenty two (22) core units of competency and eight (8) elec�ve units of competency (as outlined below).
RTOThe training will be delivered by Charles Darwin University (CDU).
Study ModeThe delivery mode for this qualifica�on will be via block training based at the CDU Casuarina Campus.
Further Study and Career PathwaysA�er achieving the Cer�ficate III in Carpentry students may undertake various courses of study to advance their career, such as, Cer�ficate IV in Building and/or Cer�ficate IV in Project Management.
