Nomination – Feedback from a customer. Customer spoke to numerous different advisors each time getting told different information. Customer was not happy and was thinking of cancelling all services with BT. Darren took ownership of customers orders, dealt with them in his own time and sorted it all out for the customer. Customer was delighted and advised Darren "No need to apologise - you have single handedly saved BT's reputation as far as I am concerned!! Well done Darren.
