Jenny Orford Hill BA (Psyche & Media), BEd (Counselling), MA (Creative Arts Therapies), Doctorate (in progress), Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPsS), a counselling psychologist, creative arts and play therapist in private practice, a staff member of the Melbourne Institute for Experiential and Creative Arts Therapies (MIECAT) and La Trobe University teaching post graduate studies in counselling and art therapy.

ANSD 2019 Conference
This year’s annual ANSD Conference is grounded by the theme ‘The Contribution of Dreams and Dreaming to Australian Spiritual Direction.’
Participate in workshops and be involved in discussions led by highly regarded presenters in the area of dreams, Patrick Oliver and Brooke Prentis.
ANSD Conference will be held at the Amberley Edmund Rice Centre
Presenters for ANSD Conference
Patrick Oliver
Patrick has been accompanying folk for thirty-five years: ten in pastoral situations, and twenty-five years in specific spiritual direction. He completed an M.A. in Studies in Religion (1994) and a PhD in theology and spirituality (1999). Patrick was introduced to listening to dreams by his spiritual director back in 1980, and finds them invaluable in companioning.
Brooke Prentis
Brooke Prentis is an Aboriginal Christian Leader who is a descendant of the Waka Waka peoples. Brooke is the Aboriginal spokesperson for Common Grace and Coordinator of the Grasstree Gathering. Brooke works ecumenically speaking on issues of Justice affecting our nation and sharing a message of Reconciliation as friendship. Brooke is a much sought after speaker and writer who is a community pastor and advocate who has a vision "to build an Australia built on truth, justice, love and hope".
Professional Development Retreat
Following the Conference will be The Professional Development Retreat at Don Bosco in the picturesque foothills of the Dandenong Ranges.
The retreat will focus on themes discussed in the Conference facilitated by Patrick Oliver to further develop our vocation as icons of God. In addition, Jenny Orford Hill will lead a slow and gentle art making workshop to share, reflect and respond to dreaming.
