Phase 1 - Listen● Project Kick Off in October 2014● Met with the Working Group● Toured the Community● Met with stakeholders● Gathered information and data● Looked at opportunities and constraints● Developed Vision Statement for the Project● We Listened and learned.

The Town of Dandridge will work to: -Preserve and promote our history and natural beauty -provide a hometown atmosphere which is safe and pleasant -help create and fulfill a vision of ourcommunity's future We will meet these goals: -through an honest, respectful, efficient government; -through teamwork; -through open communication and -through the planning and delivery of quality services.

in which the history, natural beauty andeconomic vitality of the small town areenhanced by providing for cultural and
recreational activities for families,residents and tourists.
