RFQ Objectives (1 of 2)

• DART is seeking to pre-qualify proposers to submit responses to RFP(s) for:• EAM software and systems integration services• EPM software and systems integration services

• DART is seeking to prequalify proposers based on a proposer’s capability to deliver a full end-to-end solution set and associated systems integration services: • Core EAM or EPM software • Third party software solutions that will integrate with the

core software to meet DART requirements• Implementation team to successfully configure, design,

test, train, deploy and provide application managed services for the proposed solution set

• A proposer at the RFQ stage shall be organized in a manner, if qualified and advanced to the RFP stage, to be able to serve as a prime contractor at the RFP stage:

• The prime contractor will assume single point of responsibility for all contracted services

• The prime contractor shall be able to secure and offer all necessary services to be able to sell/resell proposed software, implement an integrated solution, provide hosting/managed services, and provide any other services as called for in the RFP
