University Assignment, the sketch was given to all the students (around 60-70 student) as a competition between us to get the best #10 hand rendering for it, and my rendering was ranked #6 among the students.!

The Dubai Youth Activity Club is a place where Students from different Universities gather in one!Place to spend their time and get to know each & other. The centre will be a Multi-Cultural place Where all nationalities are going to communicate together, therefore I decided to make the Concept ” DIVERSITY INTEGRATION ” which refers to the "Multicultural Connectivity” that the club will!Contain when all members are going to gather.!

URBAN PRIMARY STUDY REQUIRMENT: The concept behind the building design is connectivity, and the main idea behind designing the area was to increase vegitation and by increasing the green areas, the whole climate will be changed especially in terms of humidity.!

THIS PROJECT was designed by me without any instruction, it was an excersice to create a one story house that contains 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 living rooms (one for guests and the other one as a family room), kitchen, garage and small utility room!!The B.U.A: 3035 Sq.ft/ 280 m !Building Height: 3.00 m!!

THIS PROJECT WE HAD TO DESIGN A LANDSCAPE FOR THE UNIVERSITY “CANADIAN UNIVERSITY OF DUBAI” BY CHANGING THE PAVING AND FIXING THE PARKING AND!ADD SHADING DEVICES FOR THE PARKING, SO I DECIDED TO GO FROM THE PATTERNS OF THE PARVING AND ELEVATE THEM TO MAKE THE SHADING DEVICES.!
