Forms
• Parents/carers should complete an EE2 form and these should be returned to school as soon as possible. It is important that all sections are completed with up to date information.
• If your child requires medication during the residential (including inhalers) you will be issued with a Parental request to administer medication form, please return to school as soon as possible.
Pocket Money
• Children will have £6 spending money. They will be given £2 each day, it is their responsibility to look after their change.
• This should be sent into school in an envelope by Friday 23rd September 2016.
Valuables/ electronics
• Children are not permitted to bring electronics including phones, iPods/iPads, cameras, etc.
• They should also not bring any jewellery or valuables with them on the trip.
• Children are permitted to take a disposable camera with them. Each group leader will have a camera to take photos and these will be posted on the blog when they return to school.
Kit list
• Children should bring old clothes/ trainers with them as all activities are outdoors. Please ensure all clothes are labelled.
• Each child needs a sleeping bag, if possible try to fit it inside their suitcase/holdall.
• Children should be able to carry their own bag, remembering they may have to walk up a hill to reach their cabin.
• Remember to bring bin bags for dirty clothes.

Expectations
• Pupils will find out their room and activity groups when they arrive at Dalguise. They will have an opportunity to create a wish list for who they would like to share a room with. We try to put pupils in rooms with at least one child on their wish list.
• Pupils have created a code of conduct and this has been sent home, please read through with your child, sign and return to school.
Monday 10th October
• Packed lunch – children will require a packed lunch for Monday, please ensure it is completely disposable and in a plastic carrier bag.
• Medication – Parents should meet Miss Burton at the office between 8:30 – 8:45am to give her the pupil’s medication. Medication should be labelled with the pupil’s name and class.
• Pupils should come to school for 8:45 am as normal on Monday 10th. The bus will leave at approximately 9:30am.
• Pupils should leave their luggage in the hall after 8:30am when Breakfast Club is over.
• The school will send a group call to notify parents that they have arrived safely.
Wednesday 12th September
• Pupils will return to school for 3:05pm on Wednesday. If there is a delay a group call message will be sent out.
• Medication to be collected from Miss Burton
• Parents will collect their child from the bus on Wednesday 12th September.
