A lot of things influence on

my health everyday. Sometimes, they give positive influences, but sometime, they give negative influences. In my daily life, breakfast, sleeping hour and technology give either negative or positive influences.

First thing affects to my

health is breakfast. There are big differences between not having breakfasts and having breakfasts.

The advantage of the breakfast it

makes my brain active and awake. If I don’t have breakfast in morning, I cannot concentrate to study because I’m hungry and sleepy. Why?

People convert foods into the glucose when they

eat some foods. the glucose goes to liver and nerve. However, these glucose will vanish in 6~8 hours. These glucose are necessary for our brain to concentrate on something. If I skip breakfast, time interval between supper and lunch will be 18 hours which gives me sleepy and hungry.

My eating schedule

6:00 Breakfast + 12 hours -

12:00 Lunch + 6 hours + 18 hours!!

6:00 Supper + 6 hours + 6 hours

So, I could say my daily success depends

on my breakfast. Two choices, having breakfast or not having breakfast affects to my health. If I have breakfast, I can concentrate on studying, which means positive influences on my mental health. If there are positive influences on my mental health, there are same amount of positive influences on my family-social health and physical health.

One disadvantage of the breakfast is I have to

spend time for eating. Usually, in the morning, I’m so sleepy and I have to spend an hour for eating.

My morning schedule

6:00 wake up & start eating breakfast

6:45 Finish eating + 45 min.

7: 20 Bus

If I spend a lot of times for eating breakfast, I may late for the school. If I late to my school bus, it gives me negative influences on my mental- emotional health.

Sleeping Hours

Second thing that affects to

my health is sleeping hour. Sleeping hour is a time interval between Bedfordshire and awake time.

Generally, I sleep at 1:00 ~ 2:00

AM and get up at 6:00 ~ 6:30 AM. In fact, high school students have to sleep at least 7 hours. I only sleep 5 ~ 4 hours, which gives me negative influences.

A positive influence of long

sleeping hour is my brain will be refreshed in next day. It means, there are positive influences on my mental-emotional health and physical health. If my mental-emotional health become positive, my family-social health will be positive either.

A negative influences of long

sleeping hour is I have less time to do my study. For example, if I sleep early before the test day, my brain will be refreshed but I may take bad score on my test. Taking bad score is negative influences on mental- emotional health and family-social skill. Then, my health triangle will be unbalance.

In my daily life, I watch the TV,

listening to music, and playing video games. These things give me both positive influences and negative influences.

A Positive influence of the

technology is I can be relax. It means technology gives me some positive influences on my mental-emotional health. If my mental emotional health become positive, my family-social health will be positive too.

Negative influences of the technology

One of negative influence of the

technology is I spend a lot of time. For example, if I play video games for 5 hours, I don’t have time to do my homework and study for the quiz or test. If I failed, it gives me negative influences on my mental-emotional health, family-social health, and physical health(because I cannot do sport club).

Technology also gives me

negative influences. It is, my eyes will be bad if I use technology for a long time. If my eyes will be bad, it gives me negative influences on my physical health, and mental emotional health.

Therefore, a lot of thing affects to my

health. Having or not having breakfast, sleep long or short, and use technology or not. I learned that I have to eat my breakfast faster, sleep longer and use technology not for a long time. I believe that if I accomplish this goal, my heath triangle will be balance for a long time.
