Do you smell the love in the air? February’s here! And we’re finally accustomed to the new year. As the Key Club term in winding down, remember that you still have two whole months left to make a difference in you home, schools, and communities.
December was a great month! Division 8 elected the 2016-2017 Lt. Governor Jack Rattanasith! Thank you to everyone who attended Conclave and got to watch him be born! I have complete confidence that he is going to do great things for the division in the upcoming term, and I cannot wait to see it. Speaking of elections—make sure to hold your club elections and start to train them right away!
I am so proud of all of the old and new Ballers that help make our Division what it is. Good luck to those getting ready for those AP Tests. Good luck to all the seniors as they start to hear from colleges! I hope you applied for all those scholarships! Good luck to all members interested in running for an officer position. I recommend asking current officers what it's like to run a club! I am thankful for you all. Have a month of love!

Teddy Bear Making
The Project Linus Teddy Bear making was a successful event with around 50 Ballers in attendance! We had a great time making bears for children in need and felt proud of the work we did. It heartwarming to know that these handmade felt teddies would go to kids who can't be home for the hol-idays. This was also a great bonding time for the division and it was awe-some knowing that service never ends - even over winter break!

When we heard about what had happened to Safyre and her wish
this Christmas we were touched. We told the club and they were
more than excited. The photo below shows only the beginning of
what was a great effort from all of our members. We were more
than happy to write these cards for her and even more touched
when our members came back from December's Division Wide
Event saying that they had seen others had written cards for her
too! We send our love and support to Safrye and hope her Christ-
mas was one to remember.

Hello Ballers!
Happy February! The term is almost coming to end,
but that doesn’t mean you should stop sending in those
articles and visuals! There are a lot of huge evets coming
up in Division 8 as well as the District! So make sure you
whip out those fancy cameras and produce some high
quality pictures to be featured in the Billiard! There’s on-
ly 2 issues of the Billiard left so make sure that you get fea-
tured !
Remember to end out your term strong, you only
have two months left but that is countless hours of service
to be done in the community!
I am open to any criticism and critiques that you may
have! Please contact me so that together we can create a
great newsletter! Remember to send in those articles and
visuals by the 10th of every month! Never stop
